These Terms of Service govern your use of talkmetry's platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using talkmetry's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and talkmetry (operated by unicrew).
Description of Service
talkmetry provides AI-powered sales call scoring and intelligence services integrated with HubSpot. Our services include automated call scoring against custom scorecards, conversation analysis (talk ratio, sentiment, filler words), team performance dashboards, call intelligence with won/lost outcome correlation, deal risk indicators, and PII redaction capabilities.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Each individual must have their own account — shared logins are not permitted.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions taken by persons you grant access to.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is per active sales rep — defined as any user who makes or receives scored calls. Manager and admin seats are free and do not count toward rep pricing.
- Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment
- Annual plans offer a 25% discount and are billed yearly in advance
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and can be exported at any time during that period. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you retain access for the remainder of your billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Intellectual Property
talkmetry and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including all software, algorithms, scoring models, and user interface designs. You retain full ownership of your data, including call recordings, transcriptions, and any scores generated from your content. We claim no ownership over your data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, talkmetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
